It really is a great base from which to explore Torbay and South Hams. One mile from Agatha Christie's Greenway House and Gardens which is a National Trust property. Walk to the water's edge at Mill Creek in 10 mins. Broadsands beach is 1.5 miles. Brixham 3 miles, Paignton 4 miles, Dartmouth via ferry 5 miles.
