The kitchen is fitted to the highest standard with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. It has a fully tiled wet room with under floor heating, heated towel rail and fittings to a high spec. One double bedroom with lots of charm. Lovely dining area leading to an open plan lounge with gas fired, remote controlled, living flame stove and central heating. The cottage has recently been fully redecorated. Jamestown Cottage also has WiFi and a flat screen TV with Freeview. There are large French Doors leading to the garden and BBQ area. Situated in a picturesque historic village, in the quiet Lincolnshire countryside and close to long sandy beaches. The cottage is ideally situated for visits to the historic towns of Boston,Louth, Lincoln and Alford. Attractions such as RAF Coningsby Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, as well as horse riding,golf and brewery tours are only a short drive away. The charming village of Willoughby is also an ideal centre for ramblers, dog walkers and cyclists wishing to explore this tranquil corner of the country.
