Along with gas central heating, there is also a working wood burning stove with stone fireplace. You’ll also find comfortable seating in the lounge, and a modern drop-leaf dining table, and four chairs.

There is a reasonably sized, nicely decorated kitchen, and a laundry room upstairs next to the bathroom. The bathroom itself, is decorated to a high standard, and features a bath, an electric shower and a heated towelrail.

To the rear of the cottage, there is a small private courtyard with garden furniture, enjoying sunny aspects.

There are many large supermarkets on the fringe of Brixham, but you will also find a Co-op and a Tesco Express on the highstreet (a three minute walk away), which will provide you with everything you need for your entire holiday.
